Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love every sip of our premium Hawaiian coffee, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on non-perishable merchandise within 30 days. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee bags, but we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit if the product is defective.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our Ohana Support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused merchandise or unopened coffee in its original packaging to ensure it arrives safely back at our shores.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided return shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement within 5-7 business days.
